i'll soon go out in the market to get a new kayak. has anyone here tried using the inflatable ones? do you think they're durable enough to be used outside & to enjoy the water? or are there any negative points in using them? I really can't afford to spend a lot for a new boat at this moment that's why i am considering an inflatable kayak.

It's easier to move around if you're riding an inflatable kayak compared to other types of kayaks. Because in the first place, the materials of inflatable kayaks are much much lighter. These boats perform really well when running along the river. And its major advantage, since you can just deflate & fold them, is that you can easily store them too! So all in all, it's ABSOLUTELY convenient & gives you the best value for your money!!

i dont think so. it's just that, they really work best for touring slow rivers.
but as for the performance, i dont thin they were made to be specifically slow than other types of kayaks
