does anyone hear know some sort of fingerless gloves?? any type i could wear to stop getting callouses & blisters on my hands when paddling during summer! becasue in the winter, i use thermal gloves but of course, i would not want to wear them during summer!
what are your ideas???

Maybe those gloves intended for weight lifting would work. Or try those used for mountain biking. They have pads & they usually have some sort of grip. But then im not so sure on how they would hold up to the water. Perhaps leather ones are also good!

in time, you should really build up hard skin. u cannot canoe & cannot get callouses & blisters! then maybe you just have to live with it! :)

Look for those fingerless sailing gloves. Maybe they are the answers!
But i agree, take the pain on paddling & TOUGHEN up! You're a kayaker!
