i have a set of Kober paddles. i ordered them & they have really nice blades with good tip protection & lay up. i've also tried sets of Werner shogun for almost a year & still Kober paddles are much better!

i once used Werner paddles too. but i later on switched to Kober paddles early this year. well, i was disappointed w/ my last 2 sets of Werners, they wore out in less than a year! and i know there are still other brands that could last longer than that.

and im not sure if it's true but other people say that Werner paddles became less durable when they changed the solid colored ones to clear blades..

i've been using my Kober paddles for 8 mos. now on several rivers & i must say they are standing up remarkably well in fact, they still look like brand new & they don't seem to be suffering frm wearing down issues like other paddles do!

i also like it that they have a more skinny shaft! i've tried werner paddles too & they make my arms ache after paddling. And to everyone: that's something to keep in mind when buying your paddles!! **

i gotta agree with this one! i've also been using a Carbon Kober Carvings for more than a year already. they're simply superb & fabulous. they are very strong paddles too! yet very light!

For the longest times, i've been using those Warp 10 kayak paddles & i'm very pleased with them. They are strong & stiff. Really comes with good value for your money. And their designs are also great.

I personally like those kayak paddles. Aside from being cheap, they come in good quality & they give u whatever angle u want. They also look cool, and that matters much to some paddlers.

All those & lot more to be desired. Hahaha
