What is the maximum speed of sea kayaks? I mean, how fast can you go paddling it? For sure there are other factors like the condition of the sea, your strength, ur kayaking techniques, etc.. But is there any specific range of their speed?

You're right with that. Speed always depends on kayaking techniques used as well as on one's strenghts. Beginners tend to paddle a little slower of course! But generally, longer & lighter boats go faster for sea kayaking.

The average paddling speed of kayaking beginners usually ranges from 2 to 2.5 knots on sea kayaking. And kayak4moving is right, professional paddlers obviously can go faster than that. More so if their sea kayaks are longer and narrower.
