After your kayaking adventure, do you guys also feel some hand cramps when holding your paddles? Because it usually happens to me. And it's really baaaad, isn't it? Do you know of any ways on how can i let this stop?

I suggest you stop & take a break every 30 minutes on your paddle boats. Try doing the finger exercises, that should help.. And you need to take a warm up too for your finger muscles.. And maybe you are also gripping onto the paddles very tightly. Avoid that next time..

I experience the same hand cramps whenever i go kayaking & the temperature's really cold. Another reason i could think of is that maybe you really are gripping the paddle tightly. You can wear gloves next time.

Agree with them both. U may want 2 make your grip a little bit more relaxed on the paddle! Another advice is to change your shaft. Get the oval ones. Sometimes it varies on the shaft. If they're too small for you, then ur hands will most llikely cramp!
